Marie has a broad set of skills and in-depth knowledge gained from wide ranging roles held in both business and education sectors. She has worked at executive level, providing strategic marketing direction, project management, team leadership, administration, human resource management, primary education; with a focus now on providing coaching, counselling, presentations and workshops for individuals, couples, families and businesses.
Previous key roles include Victorian Administrator for the Australian Graduate Management Consortium(Grad Cert Program); Marketing and Business Management and involvement with national and international strategic planning for a consultancy in Leadership, Strategy and Professional Development; Registrar and Marketing Manager for a leading Australian Independent School (K-12); Music Specialist, Librarian and Primary Teacher; and currently private practice in Consulting, Coaching, Counselling, Psychotherapy and special project development.
The depth and breadth of her work and life experience enables her to relate well to people of all ages and levels - from young children, teenagers, parents, general staff and senior management through to board level.
